Jim brings over 30 years of expertise in biotherapeutic business strategy, sales, marketing, group purchasing and distribution to MDoutlook. His experience has focused heavily upon organization of clinician networks and assisting clinicians to mobilize their own skills and experience to deliver new value. He will be applying that experience toward enhancement and development of products and services at MDoutlook.
Prior to joining MDoutlook, Jim was a founding executive of Axess Oncology, acting first as General Manager and later as VP of Clinician Networks. He grew that organization from concept to establishment as a premier provider of business intelligence in the oncology/hematology market space.
Jim also previously managed the nationwide, clinician-facing organization of the specialty group purchasing organization, USRetina, and held similar roles with additional business development responsibilities at AmerisourceBergen (International Oncology Network), McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology. In all these roles Jim worked in close partnership with both clinicians and life science companies.
In his early career, Jim enjoyed over a decade of success in field sales and marketing roles at Genentech and G.D. Searle (now Pfizer). In parallel to his professional experience, he served for 16 years in the USArmy Reserve as a Military Intelligence Officer.
