Joshua M Davis serves as Executive Vice President of US Life Sciences at MDoutlook. A veteran life sciences sales executive and entrepreneur, Joshua is responsible for new business as well as growth and development in current accounts.

Joshua was the founder of Spirit of Women LLC which he successfully guided from inception in 2000 to sale in 2015. Spirit of Women was an integrated healthcare communications company focused on supporting women as the healthcare decision makers for the family. Throughout its existence, Spirit of Women has worked with over 350 leading US hospitals and health systems and over 25 global life science companies with a primary focus on Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics and Primary Care.
Joshua holds an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
John is an experienced bio-pharmaceutical professional who understands the importance of customer relationships and the impact that insights have on strategic decision-making. His many diverse experiences have helped him manage a wide-array of project initiatives – with expertise in global bio-pharmaceutical and device marketing, market research, business intelligence experience.
Specific areas of interest and experience include loyalty and customer relationship management, e-Business strategies and solution development, master data management, data integration, project management and clinical investigator management. With over 30 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience – including 20 years in market research – and with a career that includes both client-side (Merck and J&J) and supplier (IMS and GfK) roles, John has brought his 360-degree perspective to many initiatives.
Delighting his clients by exceeding expectations is John’s focus. To ensure such an outcome, he believes in communicating routinely, clarifying his clients’ business issues and challenges, providing progress and status updates, and delivering the solutions that meet their specific objectives. John holds in BA in Economics from Villanova University and resides in Pennsylvania.
Based in Basel (Switzerland), Justin has over 20 years experience working in Oncology on some of the largest brands in pharmaceuticals; diagnostics and devices, having held senior strategy positions with Roche, AstraZeneca, Smiths Medical and GE.
Justin leads on a number of Market Research projects as well as run a number of strategic workshops, training and scenario planning activities for major pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.
Justin brings his deep knowledge and understanding of oncology strategy with a key focus on delivery excellence and is keen to work with you to maximize your learning opportunities. Justin has an MBA from Open University in UK, and a BS from University of Liverpool.

Melanie has extensive experience facilitating and moderating qualitative market research studies with healthcare professionals, payers and patients covering nearly every therapeutic category and healthcare topic – both domestically and internationally. She is experienced in the entire range of interview formats, including one-on-one, telephone, video-con and focus groups.
Melanie holds a BS from US International University and a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the US, Europe and Latin America.
