His many diverse experiences have helped him manage a wide-array of project initiatives – with expertise in global bio-pharmaceutical and device marketing, market research, business intelligence experience.
Specific areas of interest and experience include loyalty and customer relationship management, e-Business strategies and solution development, master data management, data integration, project management and clinical investigator management.
With over 30 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry experience – including 20 years in market research – and with a career that includes both client-side (Merck and J&J) and supplier (IMS and GfK) roles, John has brought his 360-degree perspective to many initiatives.
