With 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Melanie Marks has led hundreds of commercialization projects – including consultative, quantitative and qualitative in nature. For more than 10 years she worked on the product management side launching many of the industry’s major brands. This provides her with a unique perspective on client needs which results in clients getting to the true answers they are seeking.
She has extensive experience facilitating and moderating qualitative market research studies with healthcare professionals, payers and patients covering nearly every therapeutic category and healthcare topic – both domestically and internationally. She is experienced in the entire range of interview formats, including one-on-one, telephone, video-con and focus groups.
Melanie holds a BS from US International University and a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the US, Europe and Latin America.
